Samsung tests a new interface for TouchWiz in the "Galaxy Beta Program"

In the LG G5 we have had the opportunity to go completely out of the app drawer. Yes, that space to which we always go on Android to add the facilities that we have downloaded to the desktop. Although LG had eliminated this possibility, it finally decided to add another alternative so that users can access this drawer if they wish, although by default in the G5 it comes without the drawer.

Now is also when Samsung joins this trend in Android to test with the "Galaxy Beta Program" a renewal in the interface that it has called "NewNote UX" in the Galaxy Note 5. The great quality of this renovation is to forget about the application drawer and that users get used to having all their apps on the desktop. A great importance that folders take, since not everyone likes to have many screens on the desktop.

Among the new features in that "New Note UX" of the Galaxy Note 5, we can find a couple of app icons that include the dialer and the messages that have been redesigned with new colors. The icons have a rounded square shape and the notification panel also receives a good number of options to activate. Another of the spaces where Samsung has renewed the design is in the settings menu.

This new Note UX interface will be deployed to Galaxy S7, S7 Edge, S6, S6 Edge and S6 Edge Plus. The website where the news is taken also reports that the new interface will be deployed to these devices this summer, precisely in the month of August. The program is currently only available to select Note 5 users in China and South Korea.
