In view of the comments in different posts of Androidsis, I have decided to create this new thread with roms for this popular terminal Samsung, Samsung Galaxy SCL or model GT-I9003.
Today I want to start with an exquisite job of the chef of HTCmania Stickers, the rom with Android 4.1 EhnDroix II.
The rom is fully optimized for this terminal and based on C, here I will list its characteristics and peculiarities.

Requirements to install the rom
The first thing we should have, obviously, is a Samsung Galaxy SCL model GT-I9003 which must also be rooted and with Clockworkmod Recovery flashed.
The battery must be charged at 100 × 100 and USB debugging activated from the settings of the terminal that we want to flash.
Once all this has been completed and verified, we will be ready to download the zip from the rom and copy it directly without unzipping in the root of the sdcard, then we will reboot in Recovery Mode to proceed with the installation of it.
Rom installation method.
Once we have the terminal on the main screen of the Recovery we will proceed to follow these installation instructions:
- Wipe data factory reset
- Wipe cache partition
- Advanced / wipe dalvik cache
- Go Back
- Install zip from sdcard
- choose zip
- We select the zip of the rom and confirm its installation.
- Reboot system now
With this, you will have the rom correctly installed, now to be patient and wait for the terminal to restart, and I say patients because in this first restart it may take time to start completely near the ten minutes.

It is always good and advisable to do a clean installation, if you can do a hard reset (or a factory reset), all the better.

As for the installed system, the same thing happens with the latest ROMs of the Galaxy S I9000. When you install the rom for the first time from the recorvery, it enters a loop and you have to remove the battery and restart the recorvey (this time we will see the new recorvey, and the selection key becomes the power key) and from there select "Install zip from sdcard" again and the installation is finished.
And a curious thing that has happened to us installing the rom.
When entering the recorvery with odin, when you start it in recorvery mode it does not recognize the sdcard, it gives an error of «CANT MOUNT SDCARD. And we had to put the new rom from an external card so that the sdcard recognizes us.
I say this in case someone else has the problem. Now we are configuring the mobile and it seems to be going well.

Basically make a factory format from the options of the mobile phone.
With odin put the modified recorvery.
We put the rom in the internal sd, we started in recorvery and we did the wipes.
After having the problem of not recognizing the internal sd, we put the rom in an external sd and when entering the recorvery and checking in the "mounts and storage" section that the sd partition gave me the option to unmount, I went directly to "install zip from sdcard »and there it started to install.
Then do not be scared because when you start installing you will get an error and the mobile will restart continuously. Remove the battery and re-enter the recorvery and reinstall the rom without doing the wipes, just install zip. And it already installs it completely.

I fixed the sdcard problem by reinstalling the xkpe. When installing the cmv in the xkpu it did not recognize the internal card. The first time you get an error when installing it, you do it again without doing the wipe and without problem.

With odin you install the latona and the xxkpe version (android 2.3.4 for scl). Then the cmv recovery for your kernel and follow the steps indicated here.
This ROM is very good, but it does not have fm radio as they say (I installed the spirit) and they replace the swype keyboard with another similar one, but much precise memos.

Everything is lost when doing the wipe data factory reset, make a backup with titanium backup for example.

I always get the loop problem in the last step, it continually restarts, even if I remove the battery the problem continues. I can only start the mobile if I install the cfroot again via odin, the loop problem always arises.
It has worked for me copying the .zip in the internal sd and installing from «chose zip from internal sdcard» it restarts and the external sd already recognizes you with the new recovery

I have managed to get this ROM into two SCL terminals. The problem comes in that I use them both at home, and what is the surprise that they have the same MAC address and that means that the router assigns them the same IP, ALWAYS !!
I have read that there are programs to do it, with root permissions, but in each reset they lose that configuration….?
Is there a file in any android directory where to change the MAC?
