I totally agree with Francisco, you pay 699 euros for 8GB of storage. If you are subnormal and do not get the concept that the OS, applications etcetc uses 50% (which seems excessive to me) when the normal thing is usually 25% or 30% because here something fails ... Companies actually sell you GigiByte (GiB), which is not the same as GigaByte (GB). It's like a pendrive, the computer reads you less than we really think it has. In this case. 16 GB to GiB are: 14,90 GiB, and it is true that the android (the rom, which comes by default), weighs approximately 2 GiB, not counting the apps that are installed. Anyway, we will have about 11 GiB of space to use physical memory.
Bear in mind that GBs are a matter of marketing, they do not sell you what they really tell you, they are GiB (in binary system, as computers read).
If you want to verify it, try putting an external memory in your computers and see that what you have is not what you really think it is!
