The first details of Samsung's Galaxy S11 line have been leaking over the weeks. The planned date of the presentation points to February 18 at an event of the South Korean firm in San Francisco, there is even the possibility of bringing it forward a week earlier according to rumors.
El Samsung Galaxy S11 + has gone through Bluetooth certification, something normal when having to pass all the models of the different companies which manufacture terminals with said technology. There are a total of three models: SM-G988B_DS, SM-G988B and SM-G988BR_DS, the diminutive DS means device with Dual SIM and there will be at least two variants.
The model number SM-G988 belongs to the Galaxy S11 + as indicated by Geekbench, the most powerful of the line by presenting a total of three, including the Galaxy S11 and Galaxy S11e. All this as long as they respect the nomenclature and do not decide go on to call it Galaxy S20.
In any case, the Bluetooth certification provides little information, only that the phone will support Bluetooth 5.0. Among the details known so far are the 5.000 mAh battery, a 6.9-inch 120 Hz AMOLED screen, Snapdragon 865 / Exynos 990 chipset, 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage, among other important details.
The possibility of the Exynos will apparently be limited geographically, some countries will enjoy the CPU of the Samsung factory, while in Europe and other regions the Snapdragon of Qualcomm. The separate camera will record 8K video as the Samsung Galaxy S11 offers and the camera aims to be 108 megapixels, almost doubling what is currently seen.
It will be presented alongside Fold 2
Samsung's Galaxy S11 + will come alongside Galaxy Fold 2, another phone that remains to be seen if announced is the Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro, known for its durability. Three devices that will arrive throughout 2020 and at least the first two already become "highly anticipated".
