RHA is making a name for itself in our country thanks to its incredible solutions; I have already published several reviews of some of their products, such as the RHA MA750 or the RHA T10 among others. Now it's the turn of the RHA T20 black, the jewel in the crown of the Glasgow-based manufacturer.
In-ear headphones with impressive finishes, following in the wake of all RHA products, and with an audio quality at the level of the range to which it belongs. Without further ado, I leave you with him RHA T20 analysis, one of the best in-ear headphones on the market.
RHA T20, headphones loaded with accessories
The first big surprise you get when you open the box is the incredible packaging. RHA usually takes care of every detail And with the RHA T20s, it was not going to be an exception. In this way, we find a product that shows the care that the manufacturer has put into every detail.
When we open the box, we find a perfect and very complete packaging. I already tell you that it will not be necessary to buy any accessories since, together with the headphones, The RHA team has included a series of accessories that will more than meet the expectations of any user.
To start the box includes a stainless steel bracket with six pairs of dual-density silicone pads, with different measures depending on each ear canal. To this must be added two double-profile pads with medium and large sizes. And if you still can't fit the earbuds to your ear, there are also two pairs of memory foam ear cushions to perfectly fit your ear canal.
To this must be added the carrying case that comes in the package and that will allow you to transport your RHA T20 headphones without fear of breaking. Although I already tell you that it will be very difficult for these headphones to suffer any damage because the material in which they are made, stainless steel, gives the RHA T20 incredible resistance and durability. Finally we have a series of filters that we will use depending on the musical genre that we listen to, although I will talk about these filters in more detail in the corresponding section.
An exquisite and quality design
Just taking a look at the headphones you realize that the RHA T20i exude quality for each of your pores. Few times I have come across in-ear headphones that at first glance denote such a level of quality.
To begin with, the headphones are built in 303F injected stainless steel, offering a solid and durable look. I am used to the fact that the headphones last me relatively little, no more than a year, but in the case of the RHA T20 I can guarantee that they can handle everything.
And is that the RHA T20 have a 1.35 meter long multi-conductor cable made of oxygen-free, rubber-coated, steel-reinforced copper that offers great resistance and a feeling of durability. It also has a metal spring on the connector that will prevent natural deterioration over time of the connection, which has a gold bath to improve conductivity.
The RHA T20 have a moldable section that will surround the back of the ear to hold the headphones. To say that these guides are quite comfortable and at the moment you get used to them. Part of the credit goes to the light weight, 39 grams, of these headphones despite being made of stainless steel. I have used these headphones for hours without noticing any discomfort in my ears.
Highlight that There are two versions of these headphones: the RHA T20 and the T20i. The main difference is that the latest model has a built-in microphone and volume control, costing 10 euros more than the conventional T20 model.
My conclusions regarding the design are very clear: the RHA T20s are built with premium materials that promise truly remarkable finishes, feel and durability. They are very comfortable to use, adjusting perfectly to any ear thanks to the large number of ear pads included, as well as offering a fairly complete external noise isolating system. In this aspect RHA has nailed it by offering a truly complete product.
Excellent sound quality
I have already made it very clear that the design and finishes of the RHA T20 demonstrate the good work of the English manufacturer in this regard. But headphones are for listening to music, not for showing them off. And the RHA T20s sound really good. I was very surprised by the difference in quality between the RHA T10, which at the time left me great sensations and the RHA T20, demonstrating once again the great work done by the English manufacturer. For the price difference, about 50 euros, I recommend buying the T20, the difference is more than remarkable.
But what is the main difference with respect to the RHA T10? The DualCoil dynamic transducer, composed of two moving coils so that each one of them covers a certain range of frequencies, thus transmitting a purer sound, of better quality and in line with the High Resolution certification of the product.

For starters, the T20s come with three sets of interchangeable filters that allow modifying its response depending on the musical genre, offering a neutral tone (Reference), enhancing the bass (Bass) or enhancing the treble (Treble).
Usually when there is an option for adaptable filters, I usually abandon the bass option as it inflates unnaturally, losing other frequency ranges. And with RHA filters it was not going to be an exception. the treble filter does an exceptional job. I have enjoyed several heavy songs and the behavior of the Treble filter has been sublime. Nothing to object.
Thus, After a rigorous test to check how the three filters worked, I have been left with the filter that is fitted as standard, the "reference", since it is the one that offers the sound, in my opinion, more balanced with any musical genre and that of changing filters depending on what I hear is a bit annoying in the long run.
Low
The levels of bass are less swollen than previous model, offering the RHA T20 a much more balanced and precise bass. The bass is very pleasant, offering a perfect frequency that does not tire over time, although in my opinion they continue to force the bass slightly when compared to other models in the same range.
Media coverage
At this point, the experience of sound is really nice. The mid frequencies offer a very natural tone offering a smooth and difficult to find fault ride. Like the previous model, the RHA T20s offer a higher peak through the mid frequencies offering a more attractive and lively tone.
Treble
Here comes the strong point of the RHA T20 that offers some bright highs with great extension. Highlighting especially the high-frequency tones offering a smooth sound that very few competitors will find that match its quality: the work done by RHA in this regard is excellent.
Another detail that I liked the most about these headphones is the fact that the sound has maintained its quality at all timesor regardless of the volume you are using, which has pleasantly surprised me.
A truly comprehensive guarantee
It is not normal for me to talk about a manufacturer's warranty when I talk about a product, but with RHA I have to make an exception. And is that the manufacturer offers a 3-year warranty for all their products and its mechanism is really simple and effective: you just have to fill out a form, you can fill it out in Spanish, on the RHA website and they will send you the address to which you have to send the headphones so that you can check, repair or send you new ones.
I have personally used your guarantee and I have to admit that it lives up to very few. You could equate it with Apple's warranty, but those from Cupertino offer only 1 year of warranty, while the guys at RHA extend it up to three years. Here you have a complete article where I talk about how the RHA warranty works
Conclusions
After testing the RHA T20 for a month I can guarantee that these headphones are the best I've ever tried. I recognize that its price, you can find it for 229.99 euros on Amazon, far exceeds the budget that we usually have in mind when buying headphones. But I guarantee you that the RHA T20 sound really good and their finishes and design make them one of the best options to consider. Of course, the best way to enjoy its full potential is by using a device with good audio processing, such as the powerful LG V10 and its 32-bit HiFi DAC.
