• First, we access the websites where all the contacts of our Google account are located and we enter the data of our account.
• Next, in the left column, we go to the Trash section.
• In this section, you will find all the contacts that we have deleted during the last 30 days.
• To recover deleted Google contacts, place the mouse over the contact and click on the Recover button that is displayed just to the right of the contact.

Once we have recovered the deleted contact, it will be available again on all devices associated with the same Google account. There is no need to copy this contact's data back to the device.

Backup Google Contacts

From the smartphone

To make a backup of your contacts from the mobile, we will carry out the steps that I show you below:

• First of all, we open the Contacts app.
• Next, we access the Application Settings.
• Next, click on Import / Export
• Finally, click on Export to storage.

Carrying out these steps, a file with a .vcf extension will be created in the storage unit of our device. This file contains a copy of all the contacts on our device, separated by commas «,», a file that we can open with a spreadsheet application such as Excel.

From the Google website

If you prefer to make a backup of your calendar through the Google website, we will follow these steps:

• We access the Google Contacts website from this link.
• In the left column, click on Export.
• Next, we select Contacts and the type of file we want to create:
