A few days ago controversy broke out in the famous Niantic game. The reason? Many players of Pokémon GO they were being banned from the hit game based on the universe created by Nintendo. It is normal for the developer to kick out those players who cheat. But, this latest wave of bans had one thing in common: they used xiaomi mobile phones.
From the company they began to look for the relationship between the massive Pokémon GO bans and the use of a phone from the Chinese firm. And it seems that Niantic has found the real culprit for this problem. And possibly users get their accounts back!

Game Turbo, the reason why Pokémon GO players are being banned
Until now, the expulsion of players with Xiaom phonesi was being the usual tonic. But, obviously some user would be really cheating, but there are a few others who played Pokémon GO legally. And of course, a thread was created on Reddit commenting on this problem. Luckily the game developer company has started to investigate.
It should be noted that not all bans are permanent, as there have been expulsions of between 7 and 30 days, but it was still a problem that had to be resolved. More when it was totally unfair. The result? Niantic may have found the problem: Blame it on GameTurbo.
Apparently, this new functionality available on Xiaomi and Redmi phones, has the ability to change runtime variables. This improves the user experience with Pokémon GO. The problem is that the game filters are wrong in this regard and consider that it is a violation of the Terms of Service, which is why the game is expelled.
We will have to wait for Niantic to finish its investigation to see if this is really the reason, since players who did not have this tool activated have also been expelled, but at least those players who have lost their account unfairly have a new ray of hope.
