Going through some lines of code in the OxygenOS 10.5 firmware available on OnePlus Nord, references have been found to a OnePlus phone codenamed 'Billie'. As shown in the following screenshot, the inscribed "isSM6350Products" was associated with model names such as "BE2025", "BE2026", "BE2028" and "BE2029".

The "sm6350" being named is the part number for the Snapdragon 690 mobile platform that debuted in June. OnePlus phones that are targeting different markets have different model numbers.
