One UI 3.1 for the Galaxy Tab S6 launches two months ahead of schedule

Galaxy Tab S6

Once again, the guys at Samsung are showing that the company's interest in updating their phones goes beyond promises, since they just launched the One UI 3.1 update for the Galaxy Tab S6, two months before the initially scheduled date, that is, for now only in Germany, but it is a matter of days before it reaches the rest of Europe.

This new update is now available for the SM-865, a model with LTE connection. The update occupies 2,2 GB, includes the security patch corresponding to March 2021 and the firmware number is T865XXU4CUB7.

Regarding the launch of the version for the Galaxy S6 without an LTE connection, it will be a matter of a couple of weeks in the worst case, although there is always the possibility that Samsung will wait the two months in advance to launch it on the market, although it is quite unlikely.

On this occasion, the guys from Samsung have skipped One UI 3.0, because if you are a user of this device, it will go from being managed by One UI 2.5 to One UI 3.1, a version of the customization layer that includes a large number of improvements, new features and an improved user interface.

To check that this new update is already available in your country, you just have to go to Settings - Software Update. If available, it is recommended that you put the tablet to charge and wait seated until it updates.

If not, and you want to be among the first to enjoy all the news that comes with One UI 3.1 to the Galaxy Tab S6, I recommend that you go to the page of the guys from SamMobile and download this version. In order to install it, you a Windows managed computer will be required.
