Google Play was updated yesterday with a new section called "My Play Activity" where the content that we have rated or given a +1 is collected, so that those who have us in our circles can know first-hand what we are most interested in the Google store.
Today there is a new section called "People" in the Play Store that is related in part to the one that was added to Google Play yesterday in its web version, which allows you to see what content and applications those you have in your circles are using.
