One of the best features of Android is that for those terminals that have been stuck in previous versions, you can integrate the most interesting news of the latest version for developers that we know as Android N. These sometimes come through a custom ROM or by an Xposed module that we can activate on a smartphone with ROOT privileges.

N-ify is an Xposed module that emulates some of the best Android functionality and has now received a major update with a number of new features. A module that was launched with simple and basic Android N functions such as the descriptions in the main categories in Settings and the double click in the recent apps mode to launch the last used application.

The N-ify developer promised that it would bring a good set of news for the application, and it is in version 0.2.0 where we can find them from today. This major update brings three major features that were exclusive to the Android N preview: new notification design, new quick settings, and new recent app design.

But not only has it remained in these three characteristics, but There is much more:

  • New notification design
  • New design of the status bar header
  • New design of recent apps
  • Fixes to double click option
  • Use the recent button to: go back to the last app, go back to the current one and navigate through the recent ones
  • Option to restart SystemUI
  • Switch between app theme
  • Option to force the English language of the app
  • Added localization: Dutch, Farsi, French, Korean, Polish, Russian, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian and Vietnamese.

We will soon see a new version of this Xposed module which will include the quick reply, quick settings animation, night mode and much more. Remind you that you need ROOT privileges to be able to install this module on your Lollipop or Marshmallow device.
