Moto 360, these are our impressions after testing it at IFA 2015

It was an open secret that Lenovo would introduce a new version of the acclaimed Moto 360. While it is true that it was an expected device, that does not mean that it did not attract the public. And it must be recognized that the manufacturer He has managed to surprise us with his new Moto 360.

To begin with, the new Moto 360 has a more attractive design, in addition to four different configurations oriented to different profiles. We have analyzed the model with a 46 mm sphere and these are our video impressions.

Design is once again the strong point of the Moto 360 Moto 360 (1)

If something has done really well Lenovo has been reinvent the design of the Moto 360. The Asian manufacturer has managed to surprise us again by introducing a series of very interesting changes.

To begin we will have the possibility of configure the watch to your liking thanks to the huge number of straps available. In this aspect MotoMaker will delight the user, but prepare the wallet since it depends on how you configure your Moto 360, it can come out for a good peak.

Another detail comes with the design of the watch face. And is that the new Moto 360 has the physical button on the right side, like the previous model, but in this case they have raised it slightly making its use more comfortable and giving a look even more real to the Lenovo smartwatch.

Technical characteristics of the Moto 360

Moto 360 (3)

I have already mentioned that there are several configurations, although technically they vary rather little: dial size and the fact that the Sport model integrates a GPS system. For the rest we find a 46 or 42 mm dial It achieves a resolution of 360 x 330 for the 46 mm model and 360 x 325 for the version with the smallest sphere.

The new Moto 360 integrates a processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 along with 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage. We appreciate they used a slightly newer SoC and it shows in the performance.

Too bad they have returned to use a light sensor. It is not a bad idea since it improves the possibilities of the watch, but having put it back in the same place, breaking the design of the dial, is unforgivable.

There is little to say about Android Wear that you do not know: a comfortable and manageable system that more than fulfills its mission. At Moto 360 runs smoothly and quickly making the experience more pleasant than in other models.

My conclusion is very simple: Motorola has once again done a great job in terms of designToo bad about the light sensor, and it's technically better than its predecessor.

Now we will have to wait to perform a more exhaustive analysis where we can see how your battery behaves, the most important element in a watch of this type.
