An application that is shown as very useful, since from the notification bar itself we can mark as read Gmail emails. With the Gmail application itself we only have one or two options, archive the email or reply to it.

MarkAsRead for Gmail fulfills its mission perfectly, and as its name shows, it marks as read the emails that we want from the same notification bar, saving us precious time in having to open Gmail itself to carry out the same process.
Among the usual "archive" and "reply" buttons, we will find the new icon that this application has. MarkAsRead enters the Gmail application to perform an action that many of us have been asking for months after the changes that Google made in Gmail.
MarkAsRead for Gmail comes with a few permissions that must be clear, such as the inclusion of being able to read the status of your network. It requires access to notifications and will be able to read their content. So you will have to put a little on your part to trust on developer Rohan Puri, who works at MIT Media Lab and who's not supposed to go around stealing emails.

I have an account on several different hosts and I have always tried to have them all in the same program. One solution that I quite like is CloudMagic, whose notifications have this option in addition to the delete option.
