The boys of Yodo1 they return to the fray with another exciting arcade which brings us some of the faculties that usually prevail in the titles that are released from time to time in the Google Play Store. Surely they will be looking for the same thing that happened to Ketchapp Games when it was bought yesterday by Ubisoft; There are reasons for this, since it is one of those studies that have served as inspiration for dozens of other video games that swarm the Android virtual app and video game store. Yodo1 are in charge of Crossy Road, that video game in which you have to control hundreds of characters and which was recently updated with a dinosaur theme.
His new endeavor as a great video game is Looty Dungeon, which take the baton from the dungeons, a genre well crushed in the Play Store with a multitude of video games. The objective of Looty Dungeon is for you to go through those infinite dungeons collecting all the loot you want in order to unlock new characters that, how could it be otherwise, will facilitate your work to get more gold. Not everything was going to be easy in Looty Dungeon, since you will have the handicap with a terrain that is disappearing behind you, so you will not have much time to be able to avoid all those obstacles. An interesting Yodo1 video game that does not bring anything new to the category, but has the good work of this video game studio.
Crossy Road dungeons
For fans of the visuals of Crossy Road, you will find yourself at home, since the visual style is very peculiar in this sense and brings us to a well-designed environment. The theme itself is not very innovative because of the times we have seen it in many other competitive games, such as Nitrome's Redungeon. Anyway, being designed by Yodo1 Games, it is a must to try it if you like this type of game with a great finish and that lends itself very well to be installed from a mobile device.
The game itself is quite peculiar for the character movements, which can be a bit erratic, but make them a bit special. The gameplay is not turn-based, since in Redungeon, the Nitrome aforementioned, every time we move, the enemies do it by themselves. In Looty Dungeon we will be facing real-time games in which the action is frenetic. Using gestures, we can move around the environment and deliver the appropriate blows when pouncing on the wide variety of enemies that we will encounter.
More than 50 heroes to collect
Yodo1 Games has been characterized by integrating a considerable amount of content in each of their games. That content becomes different characters that have their peculiarities. In Crossy Road each of the characters transform the environment and this manages to give greater variety to their own gameplay, so we will always know that we will have many hours ahead with their games.
Apart from the 50 heroes that we have to unlock, we will find ourselves on our journey through those infinite dungeons to 8 bosses. Logically our mission will be to defeat them, as well as that large number of enemies and traps that you will have to solve. This is another of the qualities of this video game and that, as I have said, differentiate Yodo1 Games titles compared to others.
You got it for free in the Google Play Store with the obvious micropayments.
Technical quality
Like Crossy Road, Looty Dungeon has accent on color with well-designed environments that have their own to differentiate them. The different heroes add great variety to the ensemble and each one of them has that cubic vortex look that is quite joyous to look at.
