The LG V series has stood out since its inception for focus attention on video recording and multimedia capabilities. The LG V10 came with two cameras and a manual video recording mode alongside a 32-bit Hi-Fi DAC system, while the LG V20 featured the first 32-bit Hi-Fi Quad DAC, along with recording of Hi-Fi video and wide angle lenses on both the rear and front.
Now, as reported exclusively from Android Authority, it seems that LG plans to push the multimedia experience further on the LG V30 including some new features that are specially designed to offer an improved experience in all media.
After several leaks and rumors, we know that the LG V30 will be the first smartphone to integrate a f / 1.6 aperture camera with a crystal clear lens, but in addition, it is also known that it will combine this with new cinematic and live zoom effects.
The camera app will bring a new "LG-Log and Graphy" function, which will offer even more DSLR-like controls with features normally reserved for professional cameras.
As far as audio is concerned, the LG V30 will continue the trend of being one of the smartphones with the best audio on the market and to do so it will implement a new Hi-Fi Digital Filter and sound pre-set, as well as Hi-Fi Streaming with MQA. This essentially allows you to stream high-fidelity audio in a small file size that is easy to download or stream, without any of the quality of traditional compressed audio files.
The LG V30 will also offer the possibility of record Hi-Fi video with an external microphone connected, although it is not clear how this function will be implemented.
With all these features, the LG V30 will be a device that undoubtedly focuses on making video "the center of all communication", focusing on providing a cinematic video and audio experience.
