One of the devices that caused a sensation a couple of years ago is about to receive its third renewal, we are talking about the LG G3 Flex. This third generation of the device will come loaded with several novelties that we will see later, the G3 Flex will be the successor to the current version, the G2 Flex, a device that was presented during CES 2015.
The South Korean-based brand introduced a curved-screen mobile concept years ago, the LG Flex. This device would mark a bit the new trend of smartphones and that, little by little, we are beginning to see in some brands. This new trend is to equip devices under a curved screen, proof of this is to see the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge or LG's own device.
LG has wanted to divide its high-end range depending on whether there is a curved screen or not, so if we take a look at the Android market, we will currently find the LG G2 Flex and the LG G4. Two devices that have similar dimensions, and some differences in their hardware, but that, without a doubt, are the two most powerful devices of the Korean brand.
LG G3 Flex, leaked specifications
The third generation is expected to arrive in March of next year, but on the Internet the news flies and the leaks more. So, with practically 4 months to go before the device goes on sale, we already know its specifications. The future device with a curved screen will come equipped under the new Qualcomm processor, the Snapdragon 820, together with him, 4 GB RAM memory and 32 GB of internal storage with the possibility of expanding it via microSD slot.
The terminal could increase its screen size, leaving the 5 inches to reach the 6 inches. Also its screen resolution would be renewed and we would be talking about that the LG G3 Flex, would have on its screen a 2K resolution. Its design should not vary much, so we would find a design similar to the one currently in the Flex line, under a metal body. Among other features we find, cameras 20,7 Megapixels and 8MP for the rear camera and front camera, respectively. It will incorporate a fingerprint scanner and its battery would be 3500 mAh.
