LG, one of the largest electronics companies based in South Korea, would be about to launch a Phablet with almost 6 ″ screen inches, which would enter to compete directly with large rivals that are currently in the market, such as the Samsung Galaxy Note.
Although the LG G4 may become one of the most anticipated terminals between now and the end of the year, the future Phablet in which the company is working may take away the prominence of what for now aims to be the flagship of the multinational. In the FCC documents we find the characteristics of the future terminal as well as its code name, LGLS770.
Without a doubt, the king of the Phablets that we currently find on the market is the Note range. This terminal continues to be a bestseller and seems to have no rival, although that may change with the arrival of LG's future phablet, which could be launched alongside its next new flagship, the LG G4, of which we have been able to see some than another leaked image.
The new Phablet of the South Korean company and according to the data shown in the FCC documents, would have a 5'8 ″ screen, with dimensions of 79,3 mm wide by 154,1 mm. A size very similar to that of its maximum rival, the Note 4. As far as specifications are concerned, the device would have inside a 1 GHz quad-core processor, 2 GB of RAM and 1 GB of internal storageThese last two characteristics being the weakest compared to competitors from other manufacturers, such as the 3 GB of RAM that the Galaxy Note 4 has.
If we talk about autonomy we find that the future terminal will have a 2540 mAh battery. At this point we find something that has caught our attention within the FCC documents, since in these papers they state that the phone will be marketed without the embedded battery. That means that the future device will not have a unibody body, and the battery can be replaced by another with a higher capacity. In the cameras section, it will be equipped with 8 Megapixels for the rear camera and 5 MP for the front camera. Finally, we find mentions of a possible Stylus which is already common in devices of these dimensions.
The Korean company is going to have us with honey on our lips at least for a while, because we are wanting to know more about the LG G4 and now with the possibility of another large terminal accompanying it during its presentation to the public. Although at the moment we will have to wait a little longer to have more information about both devices.
