As confirmed by the company, December 10 is the date chosen to present two new phones aimed at the mid-range before the end of the year. Lenovo decides to announce the new Lenovo K12 and Lenovo K12 Pro, two renowned devices from Motorola, as the K12 is the Moto E7 Plus and the K12 Pro is the Moto G9 Power.
Both start in Asia, but the Chinese manufacturer plans to take them to Europe by 2021, as happened with several of its previous models. They are designed for users who do not require an expensive terminal and with autonomy for the whole day, lasting more than one operating day.
All about the Lenovo K12 and Lenovo K12 Pro
The Lenovo K12 includes a 6,5-inch IPS LCD (HD +) display with a waterdrop notch with a selfie camera, while the Lenovo K12 pro increases to 6,8 inches with HD + resolution and a selfie camera that goes up to 16 megapixels with a hole drilled in the left area.
In terms of processors, the K12 integrates the well-known Snapdragon 460 paired with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage with the possibility of expanding it through a slot. The K12 Pro adds a Snapdragon 662 CPU, 4 GB of RAM and increases up to 128GB of storage, also with an expansion slot. The battery in the K12 is 5.000 mAh and in the Pro model it is 6.000 mAh with a 20W load.
The Lenovo K12 has a dual rear camera, the main one is 48 megapixels while the second is a 2 megapixel depth unit. The Lenovo K12 Pro the main sensor is 64 megapixels and adds two more, a 2 megapixel macro and a 2 megapixel depth sensor. The system is Android 10 for both devices.
Availability and price
Lenovo K12 and Lenovo K12 Pro are available from now on for CNY 799 (100 euros to change) for the K12 model and the Pro rises to CNY 999 (126 euros). They are available in three colors: blue, purple and silver gray. There is no arrival date in Europe at this time.
