At the beginning of this month some news came out that another reference to the new name for the LG G3 Mini, which is now called G3 S. Sometimes you think that letters are missing in the alphabet to name the dozens of devices that are released each year. Be that as it may, thanks to the appearance or leak of the LG G3 S user manual, it can be confirmed that this will be the name of the new terminal of the Korean company that wants to present a "mini" phone but that it will also have good performance thanks to high quality components.
The G3 S that has been detailed in the user manual has the name D722V and is created by Vodafone. A terminal which will not have dual SIM capabilities so it can also be seen from this news source.
Similar to the 5.5-inch LG G3, the G3 S runs custom Android 4.4 KiKat with the latest version of LG's own layer, even having some functionality than another related to the use of gestures to take selfies. In the other characteristics, the G3 S does not have everything that can be expected from a high-end, although it also doesn't fall short with a 5-inch screen with 720 x 1280 resolution, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal memory expandable through the use of microSD card, Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 quad-core processor and an 8-megapixel rear camera.
LG expects to launch the G3 S in several countries around the world, including the US and China. No more is known about the availability or price of this new terminal from the Korean company, but the news should start to fly very soon.
