Samsung wants to maintain leadership in the smartwatch sector. If we recently learned about its new patent, now it is the turn of the Samsung Gear 3 that will be presented together with the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 at IFA 2014.
The latest rumors suggested that the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 would be presented September and considering that the Korean manufacturer has always taken advantage of the Berlin phone fair pTo present its successful Note range, it is hoped that it will repeat itself.

The idea of Samsung is to take advantage of the pull of the Note 4 to launch a joint pack that includes the new Korean phablet along with the Samsung Gear 3. Although we do not know many details about this new smartwatch, the fact that it will have support for SIM cards stands out, which means that the Samsung Gear 3 will be able to work autonomously, without the need to carry a smartphone.
Keep in mind that Samsung sold half a million smartwatches in the first three months of this year 2014, which represents 71,4% of the market share. Already at MWC 2014 they said that this year would be the year of smartwatches, and I think they were very serious.
