We are facing another Kingdom Hearts game after knowing the arrival this past February, and the one from 4 years ago that started the saga to give more fun for tens of thousands of players. Mainly in the mechanics we are facing the same and there is nothing really new.
I mean, we talk about what we can move freely through the missions we started and that the enemies will enter into combat in real time in some moments, while against final bosses we move on the turns. It is in this case where Kingdom Hearts gains variety and allows us to enjoy a good touch in everything technical and visual.
More of the same?
We are really talking about new content with many missions, characters and stories, so do not think that we are facing the same Kingdom Hearts. Let's say that the hours of play are lengthened to progress and learn about those stories that will lead us to know the past of one of the protagonists. Yes, in the mechanics there is nothing special and new and everything reminds us even of the first. The missions are still short, so nothing new in this regard and that we do not know.
Visually still works very well with special abilities and very visually striking, that huge amount of enemies that appear on the screen, and a very stylish character design. We have the possibility to create our avatar in a very personalized way, and the game moves very well in a high-end range. We do not miss any performance, although we still do not have the texts in Spanish. A handicap for those who are used to RPG and who want to "get wet" with the story to give more depth to the games.
Kingdom Hearts Dark Road arrives with more desire to give more war and good content that offers its fans more hours of play to enjoy this summer that has just begun. Do not miss the appointment if you are a staunch fan of the saga.
