Turn off Do Not Disturb mode
Every Android phone comes with Do Not Disturb feature. This is responsible for deactivating all sound notifications, which include messages, calls and all kinds of notifications. Therefore, incoming calls will not ring if this was previously activated.
Disabling it is very simple., although the steps to do so may change slightly on Android, based on the mobile brand and its customization layer. However, they are usually practically the same in all cases, with slight variations.
One of the ways is by pulling down the notification or status bar, which is the one found at the top of the screen. Then you have to pull down control center and look for the do not disturb button, which is usually there. In case it is activated, it only remains to deactivate it, clicking on it.
On some mobiles you can also enter Do Not Disturb mode by pressing any of the volume keys on your mobile. Then, when the sound bar appears on the screen, you just have to press the three-dot button, and then deactivate the Do not disturb mode.
