This is Huawei's MediaPad M6 Turbo Edition, the tablet that is about to be offered for pre-sale

Huawei MediaPad M6 Turbo Edition

In mid-June, Huawei launched its most powerful smart tablet yet. This was the MediaPad M6 and, as expected, it is at the top of its segment thanks to all the power provided by the company's HiSilicon Kirin 980, the eight-core SoC that can reach a maximum clock frequency of 2.6 GHz and comes loaded with the 76 MHz twelve-core Mali-G720 GPU.

Now the Chinese manufacturer has a special edition of this that comes under the name MediaPad M6 Turbo Edition. This comes equipped with some changes on an aesthetic level, and all of these are detailed below.

Through the Weibo social network, Huawei announced that starting tomorrow the tablet will be available in pre-sale plan in Chinaat the same time he gave the official poster of it to complement the announcement. In this it can be seen that it makes use of a more attractive aesthetic than that of the original models. Based on the rear panel, it bears a gradient and marks in the shape of an "X" that remind us of the Honor 9X, as well as the text "Sound By Harman / Kardon" that makes us believe that it has better speakers.

The poster also shows that the tablet has an additional button on the side in addition to the volume rocker and the power button. It seems that its function is to activate the "Turbo" mode, which will increase the performance when running heavy apps, demanding and not so demanding games and more.

After all, the MediaPad Me Turbo Edition retains the features and technical specifications that we already knew in the MediaPad M6. This will only be offered on the 8.4-inch screen size. It will also have the aforementioned Kirin 980 along with 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of expandable storage (up to 512GB max). In turn, it will carry a 6,100 mAh capacity battery, a 13 MP rear camera and an 8 MP front camera.

Comes in Wi-Fi and 4F LTE variants. The former is priced at 2,699 yuan (~ 340 euros or $ 377), while the 4G LTE version is priced at 2,999 yuan (~ 378 euros or $ 419). They can be booked on Vmall.com and JD.com.
