Huawei has made its new tablet official, MatePad. It presents it after it has gone through several leaks, including showing all its specifications, the price and the release date. The manufacturer finally launches an option for those users who need a tablet to study.

This new device integrates the front camera in the frame, it will take advantage of the entire screen, the panel is a 10,4-inch IPS LCD with 2K resolution (2.000 x 1.200 pixels) TÜV Rheinland certified. The chassis is made of aluminum, so it will be quite light, the weight of this product is 450 grams and the thickness is 7,35 mm.

The lenses are the same for the back and the front, the sensor on the back is 8 megapixels with AF, HDR function and LED flash, while the front is an 8 megapixel lens without more. It has Wi-Fi connectivity, Bluetooth 5.1, USB-C and there is an LTE variant. MatePad has four Harman Kardon Audio speakers and four microphones.

Availability and price
The tablet Huawei MatePad will be on sale tomorrow April 26 in two colors: white and blue. The 4/64 Wi-Fi model costs 1.899 yuan (249 euros), the 6/128 Wi-Fi model costs 2.199 yuan (288 euros) and the 6/128 LTE version costs 2.499 yuan (327 euros).
