Huawei has announced which devices will soon receive the update that adds the latest version of the signature customization layer, which is no other than EMUI 10.1.
Initially, there are many smartphones selected to receive it. The Chinese manufacturer, as expected, will add other models to the list as time goes by, so it will not limit itself there. For now, you can already verify if your mobile is one of the 22 lucky ones that appear in the table.
EMUI 10.1, which is known as Magic UI 3.1 with some minor changes for Honor devices, comes with a lot of system optimizations, so it should represent a significant improvement in performance and fluidity for users. At the same time, although it does not promise a renewed design with big changes on an aesthetic level, there are small tweaks in the visual section.
The update will be offered soon via OTA. The usual thing is that it is put to order gradually, so it would not reach all the following mobiles at once. Possibly the high-end would be the first to welcome you to the interface; then the mid-range would follow and finally the low-range ones.
