Being able to take a screenshot of what is shown on the screen of our equipment is a function that many of us we always want to know, since on more than one occasion, we may have the need to want to preserve what is shown in it. Unfortunately, not all manufacturers offer us the same method to do it.
Fortunately, with the disappearance of the physical start button in most terminals, there are many manufacturers that allow us to take a screenshot using the same button combination. If you are one of the users who has trusted Google when it comes to renewing their terminal, then we will show you how to take screenshots on the Google Pixel 3.
Take a screenshot on the Google Pixel 3
- First of all, the screen of our terminal must show content that we want to capture through an image.
- Next, we must press and hold the power button and volume down button simultaneously (about 2 seconds).
- A second later, a notification showing screenshot that we have made.
- By clicking on it, the terminal offers us three options: Share, Edit or Delete.
- Share: This option allows us to directly send the screenshot to other applications to edit them later or share them via mail or the different messaging applications that we may have installed on our computer.
- Edit: This function allows us to edit, in a very basic way, the capture we have made to cut it out or make annotations. Once we have made the corresponding modifications, we can share them with other applications.
- Delete: As the name of this function indicates, when clicking on it, the screenshot will be completely removed from our terminal.
Another way to take screenshots of our Google Pixel 3 is holding down the power button and clicking on Capture Screen in the menu that appears.
