It is usual that we are on Facebook and see interesting content that we like. Either because we find the meme that we have seen funny or something is helpful for a certain task -no matter the reason-, we may want to save it to see it later on another occasion and share it with our friends, something that can be thanks to a saving option offered by the app.
In fact, more than just saving, Facebook allows you to create collections for each type of publication, to which we can put the names of our preference. So, for example, if we want to make a repertoire of cookery recipes, we can put the name "Cookery recipes" or any other that comes to mind. The same can be done with other categories. This makes good stored content management possible so as not to have a mix of different genres of saved posts. How to do all this is what we now detail through this new and practical tutorial.

Sometimes it is not enough just to share and / or send by Messenger the image, video or text published by a friend or page; By doing this we can not locate later, among so many chats and messages, what made us laugh so much or seemed really interesting. Sometimes we want to see what has already been seen on more than one occasion, and that is why Facebook offers the blissful save function.
It is very easy to access it. There are no magic tricks to do, much less install third-party apps. Just having the official Facebook app installed is enough, although It is also possible to do it from the browser of our preference just by having logged in. In both cases the process is the same, so this tutorial applies to both the app and a browser, either on a mobile or computer.
Now, the first thing to do -logically- is to open the application. Then, as we pointed out in the first of the screenshots that we hung above, after having seen a publication to our liking and worth saving, you have to click in the upper right corner of it, on the three points that are aligned horizontally.
After having clicked on the three points, a box with different options will expand, in which we find Save Post -or video- and others. Clearly you have to select this.
Once this is done, another box will appear that contains all the folders or, rather, collections that you have stored with the respective names that we have assigned them. As it is supposed to be the first time we do it, usually a collection called Favorites. We can also create new collections, just by clicking on New collection and write the name we want. Once this is done, the publication is automatically saved in the newly created folder.
If we already have the collection to which we want to add the publication, we just have to select it and that's it. As simple as that.

To access the saved publications at any time, you must access the section Saved. To do this, from the main page of the application, you have to click on Menu , which is the section that is identified with three horizontal bars, one above the other, and is located in the upper right corner of the screen, just below the Messenger logo.
Several options appear, as you can see in the respective screenshot. Saved is one of these; that's where we have to press to access its interface.
Already within Saved, we see all the collections created and the publications previously stored. In this section we can organize, delete and rename folders at will, which means that any saved publication can be transferred from one collection to another, among other things.
Something really positive is that there are no limits to the number of items saved, which is why we can store all those memes, videos, tutorials and any type of content in this section without any limitations. Of course, another detail that must be taken into account is that if the publication is deleted by the person or page that uploaded it, it will no longer appear in the saved elements.
