- There we will see a lot of boxes that we can select and deselect at will, depending on what we want to download. We can easily download everything from photos and videos to comments, reactions, stories, events, groups and more. If that's what we want, we just have to check all the boxes.
- Then right there in the background there are three options: Date range, Format y Quality. The first offers us the option to download the information from a particular date to another, unless we leave it by default in All my data. The second allows us to select the file download format: HTML (easy to read) and JSON (easy to transfer to other services); here we select any, but for easy viewing on most platforms we recommend HTML. The third, which is Quality, indicates the quality of photos, videos and other audiovisual content; There are three options: low, medium and high (we choose the one we like, although it can influence the final weight of the file, it is worth noting).
- After we have selected and adjusted everything, we click on the button Create file. Once this is done, the HTML or JSON file will begin to be created with the selected information and data; it may take a few minutes to create. When creation is complete, a notification will appear indicating so.
- Finally, in the same section of Download your information, riding a Copies available, we will find the created file. There you have to click on the button Download and then have it on your mobile.
