Honor 6X review, analysis with features and price

Huawei it is growing like foam. The manufacturer does not stop surprising us with a series of terminals that stand out for offering a lot of quality at demolition prices. The latest example? The Huawei P10, a high-end that we can find for 530 euros.

Personally I like that the phones are heavy so I have no problem in that regard.

Before talking about the front part, say that the body of the terminal is made up of a aluminum chassis that gives it a very premium look and feel. The problem is that the front seems to be made of plasticoy detracts a bit from the beauty of the terminal. Otherwise it is a device that has 100% Honor curves and that make the 6X quickly identify itself as a Huawei device.

I may have ever had to reposition my finger to recognize my fingerprint, but by saying that I don't remember any time when this happened, I make it very clear how well the biometric sensor of this terminal works.

Autonomy

The Honor 6X's battery is its big weak point. Be careful, I am not saying that the battery is bad, but it does not stand out compared to its competitors and this, in such a complete phone, is a gray point. This way the device offers a range of between 5 and 5.5 hourss screen on, a common figure in terminals of this type.

In the days that I have used the phone the most, it has arrived rather just at night, although I have never had to use an external battery so that it did not turn off. In addition, the software has a very good energy management that can save us from more than one trouble. Too bad that the Honor 6X does not have a fast charging system, it would have been a very interesting point to take into account.

Camera

La camera is one of the most valued aspects when choosing a phone. With the arrival of smartphones, compact cameras have taken a back seat and Huawei has perfectly captured what users are looking for.

The manufacturer has been using a system of double camera for its terminals and although the Honor 6X does not have Leica certification, its dual camera system works really well.

To start we have a senser IMX386 and two rear cameras with 12 and 2 megapixels. The colors captured by the Honor 6X camera offer a very vivid hue but without saturation. The speed of the capture is perfect, preventing the photos from being blurred and, above all, the fact of having a double sensor allows us to play with the blur, making unique captures with an almost professional appearance.

El blur It does it quite well, but the software also allows us to add filters to further improve the result. Of course, forget about taking good photos in low-light environments because the Honor 6X's camera limps in this regard.

El Honor 6X I really liked Although it has some shadow, especially in the section on autonomy where, without lagging behind its competitors, it does not shine as it should. The other point that I did not like is its front, with that plastic finish that detracts from the aluminum chassis of the terminal.

But in general the phone has a good looks, excellent performance, has a camera that will delight photographers, a fingerprint sensor that is simply perfect, and all this at a knockdown price.
