HMD Global May Announce New Nokia Phone Soonas the FCC has approved a new device with multiple model numbers. The certification documents reveal some important details about the phone.
The phone's model number is listed as "TA-1188", but its variants include the codes "TA-1183" and "TA-1184". More details below!
It is believed that the "TA-1188" terminal is the global variant that will be available in all marketswhile the "TA-1183" and "TA-1184" models are the Indian and Chinese variants, respectively. Besides, it is worth noting that the global version "TA-1188" was certified by the Eurasian Economic Commission of Russia (CEE).

The device has the code name 'Wasp'. The documents reveal that it has 3 GB of RAM, 32 GB of internal storage space and a 3.5 mm audio jack. The Nokia "TA-1184" also has dual SIM support, 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and support for 4G LTE bands 2, 4, 5, 7, 12 and 17. All these features would also come in the other models, of course, although it was only detailed in this device.
On the other hand, according to other details that could be discovered, the phone measures 145.96 mm long, 70.56 mm wide and 154.83 mm diagonally, which roughly translates into a 6.1 inch. Unfortunately, there are no diagrams showing whether it comes with a notch and what type.
This is definitely a mid-range phone. There are speculations that this may be the Nokia 5.2 that will succeed the Nokia 5.1 that was launched last August. However, we are far from confirming this, at the moment. We will soon be revealing more information about the mobile phone in question, since the fact that it has been leaked into the body is a sure indicator that it is being prepared for its launch.
