Google Store support extends your wait time due to coronavirus

Estimates of waiting to receive support part of the Google Store is 3 to 5 minutes to request a chat, 2 minutes if we want to be contacted and 18 to 24 hours if we want support via email.

Not all Google services are being affected by the coronavirus, only those that are related to the Google Store and the hardware products that it makes available to us.
