October 4 is now the most special date we have ahead of us, because a series of products will be presented by Google, such as the two Pixels, the new Chromecast, Google Home and the DayDream VR viewer. A very important day for Google since it is detached from the Nexus brand and evolves to the Pixel brand in which it will have a better repertoire of products, apart from those Chromebooks.
Now a new series of Pixel render images have appeared, or known as Sailfish. The renders have been leaked from @OnLeaksy and are based on factory renders. This means that they would be based on CADs used to make the device, so they can be quite close to the final image of the product when it is presented by Google itself on October 4.
That device that appears in these renders looks very much like the Sailfish that we have previously seen leaked in numerous news stories. A glass panel on top rear of the device in which the camera and fingerprint sensor appear, to be defined with antenna lines on the metal body. You can differentiate what would be the buttons for the power, the volume, one for the audiojack and, finally, the USB type-C port.
From specs, the Sailfish would have a 5 inch (1920 x 1080), quad-core Snapdragon chip, 4 GB of RAM, 12 MP rear camera, 8 MP front camera and a 2.770 mAh battery. Its older brother, the Pixel XL, will have similar components, although it goes to 5,5 ″ on the screen with Quad HD in resolution and a 3.450mAh battery.
All a great day to know all those Google products that will follow expanding the repertoire with which it has those of Mountain View.
