The fact that Google Home only supports one Google account is particularly annoying at home since it is evident that each member of the family has specific interests and tastes that ask, or not, to coincide with those of other family members . A clear example is that each user wants to add certain items, and not others, to their shopping list. Luckily, this situation is now a thing of the past because officially, Google Home now supports the use of multiple accounts simultaneously.
From this moment, Google Home supports up to six different user accounts, and will even be able to differentiate the voices of its different users.
To set up multiple accounts on Google Home, the first step will be to update the Google Home app to its latest version. Then simply click on the icon in the upper right to see all connected devices, and select the option to link your account. After doing so, from there you can train your assistant to understand your voice.
Each new user must pronounce and repeat phrases such as "Ok Google" and "Hey Google". After the configuration process is complete, the neural network of Google Home will compare the sound of your voice with your previous analysis to identify who is speaking, something that, apparently, occurs in a matter of milliseconds.
