The refurbished Galaxy Note 7 is already Wi-Fi certified

As many of you already know, it has been around a month since Samsung confirmed its decision to sell refurbished units of the ill-fated Galaxy Note 7 in certain markets as part of their environmental protection policy and, of course, also as a formula to reduce the losses suffered as a result of the forced withdrawal of this device from circulation.

Well, such plans continue and now we have been able to know that these restored and / or repaired devices already have Wi-Fi certification. Specifically, the referenced model is the SM-N935S and it seems that will arrive with Android 7.0 Nougat.

The Galaxy Note 7 device was originally launched by the South Korean company Samsung in August last year, so the terminals began to be distributed with the Android Marshmallow operating system.

Shortly after, and after the explosive incidents that we are all aware of, in the month of October the company definitively canceled the manufacture of the Galaxy Note 7, while beginning a recovery process for all the units that had been distributed. Between the end of January and the beginning of February, the first rumors arrived that Samsung could intend to take advantage of some of these terminals to be sold in certain markets, plans that were confirmed last March, as we already informed you in Androidsis.

For the moment, The exact moment, price and countries in which the Galaxy Note 7 will be relaunched is still unknown as a refurbished device, although countries such as the United States and Canada have already been ruled out).

From Sammobile they point out that the "S" in the model code indicates that the device is destined for the nation of Samsung, South Korea, although this will still have to be confirmed.
