That option usually comes only in cooked roms like those from AOKP, ParanoidAndroid, or even Cyanogenmod.

EHHH FRIENDS my alcatel one touch 5020 has android 4.2 and it does not allow me to download. It says that the application is incompatible with the device. What can I do? HELP !!!!
