Earth Wars is a new 2D real-time combat game in which we are going to eliminate a great variety of extraterrestrial bugs part of an invasion of our planet. With this premise they present us with a well-defined game in visual art that gives off quite intense moments.
With a name a little strange with that of the wars of the Earth, and rarer still the video game studio With an Asian name, we are facing a freemium title in which apart from being able to fight ourselves, when we are in the main menu our hero will continue to fight as if we were on an idle.
Eliminate all those beings from another world
We started the game in Earth Wars choosing our hero to customize it a bit. We can even choose the combat style to make that warrior armed with his sword ready and even as a support a pistol to lower the defense points of those well-armed extraterrestrial critters.
We are facing a story in which Humans regroup to defend themselves from that alien invasion that is endangering the future of humanity. This story is also brought to the screen with those illustrations that perfectly visualize the moments that we will achieve as we progress.
One point that we found very curious is the fact that from the main menu screen we are going to see our hero fighting against those aliens as if we were facing an idle. That is, it has that component, but always without forgetting that when we go to war we will be the ones who manually manage our hero.
Manual combat with Earth Wars
When we go in to play we have the typical fire button command for our main weapon, the pistol shot, jump and side sweep weapon to move quickly. Thus we will progress through quite extensive levels for what we are used to and through a good number of enemies that will assault us with those cinematics.
Attention to final bosses that will occupy more of the screen, so we will have those moments of action sought in games of this type. We can also improve our hero with a good variety of statistics; the same ones that will be displayed after eliminating the enemies.
Our We will go straight to fight with the special ANTI troops and that they have improved weapons thanks to plastic surgery. With them we will be able to eliminate those EBE barons. So all the responsibility lies with us to return to humanity that planet that those damn extraterrestrial critters have invaded.
A freemium action game
Earth Wars stands out for its high quality in combat and because has versions for all possible platforms. It is true that the animations are not the best we have seen, but whoever was in charge of the special effects really nailed it. Visually it is a very attractive game because it has that arcade machine profile. Some backgrounds that move very well to give that effect of depth, and some varied enemies with different mechanics that will force us to cure ourselves a little in order to get rid of them and continue progressing. The music and voices are very good, although not in Spanish. A title that is generally quite good, although the animations could be more successful. Above all that they were more natural.
Earth Wars has everything to win with its freemium and intense combat with visual effects that make good use of the graphic capabilities of the latest generation mobiles. If you feel like killing for killing, don't miss this new Android game.
