Datally from Google, does it really save data?

Datally from Google or as it is officially called, Datlly: Google app to save mobile dataIt is an application that is on everyone's lips lately since it supposedly helps you save mobile data in a very, very simple way.

And I say this of "supposedly", because here in Androidsis and I personally wanted to go one step further to check if really Datally from Google will help us save mobile data in a way as effective as they are making us believe from different websites and from Google's own propaganda that it is not small.

In the video that I have left you right at the beginning of the post I show you in detail how the Google Datally application works, an application very, very well designed with a graphic style that will not disappoint you, with functions to know in which applications and services our mobile data is going and even Wi-Fi, or functions to know data from Wi-Fi networks to which that we have connected and even how to get to them with instructions from Gogle Maps.

In the aforementioned attached video you can see a practical demonstration of how Google's Datally app works compared to the Blokada app, which in addition to be a Block ADS powerhouse that does not need Root and is open source and totally free without any limitation, It also helps us to save data in a much more efficient way than Google's own Datally, which for more Inri, by needing a VPN connection, while we have the Google application enabled to save data, we are not going to be allowed use neither Blokada nor any other Blok ADS, Firewall or any kind of application that has to create and operate through a VPN connection.

I am not going to deny that Datally from Google is a very, very good and very well designed and thought-out application, although this does not mean that for me and for many users that we have been using this Android for quite some time, in my opinion personal, I repeat !! in my personal opinion it seems a totally useless application Because simply everything that the app does, actions that we must manually indicate ourselves, we can also do that manually from the Android settings and the options that are provided to us to enable or control which applications can be connected to mobile networks in the background or not.

Moreover, For me the Blokada application itself is more effective in saving mobile data Since by effectively blocking all the advertising that tries to enter our Android every second that we are using it, this reduces the consumption of data or the consumption of Wi-Fi, but much at the end of the month.
