A few days ago, my colleague Eder, showed you the new terminal with which the Taiwanese firm Asus wants to get fully into the new range of terminals for video game lovers, the Asus ROG Phone. This terminal comes to the market with the intention of being an alternative to the Razer Phone and the Xiaomi Black Shark.
This terminal reaches the market with the best features today for any user who wants to play from their mobile regardless of where they are, a mobile that arrives with a heat dissipation system with steam chamber in addition to an external accessory that allows us to cool the terminal.
According to various sources, the company was evaluating the possibility of implementing 10 GB of RAM instead of the 8 GB that some manufacturers are beginning to use, in order not only to improve the performance of the terminal, but also to try to extend the useful life of it.
The problem the company faced was space. If the company changed from 8GB to 10GB of RAM, she was forced to change the design, since there was not enough space in the terminal to be able to use another memory chip. As we have seen, the company made the most sensible decision not to further delay the launch of this terminal on the market.
Asus is the second manufacturer of gaming accessories, after Razer, to enter the market for high-end mobile terminals. The main difference, apart from the processor of the Razer Phone with the Xiaomi Black Shark and the Asus ROG Phone, we find in the refresh rate of the screen, a rate that reaches 120 Hz, while its most direct rivals only reach 90 Hz, a point that gamers take into account when enjoying their games with greater fluidity.
