Samsung has never been characterized for launching the updates of the new versions of Android quickly to the market, with a minimum time of not less than 4 months, for the high-end, so that the mid-range, if updated, is much delayed, sometimes arriving year.

Galaxy S10, Note 10, Galaxy S9 and Note 9
According to information from Samsung Israel, both the Galaxy S10 like Samsung's Note 10, will be able to enjoy Android 10 in January 2020. Although given the pace of updates to the One UI 2.0 betas on the S10 and Note 10, it is to be expected that they will be updated in December.
