It was an open secret that in the next edition of Google I/O the telecommunications giant would present a new payment system. Google Wallet has not worked as expected and has finally been presented AndroidPay, an open platform that will allow us to make mobile payments with our mobile phones.
And thanks to Android Pay we can make payments with your mobile phone in those physical stores that have the system activated without using the NFC system or some native application.

This new Google app will arrive in the application store shortly, although for nowa will only be available in the United States. Of course, its landing on American soil will be impressive: more than 700.00 stores and more than 1.000 Android applications will accept the payment system with Android Pay.
On the other hand, Google is already working with the main operators in the United States, so that this new service reaches all its customers. And the rest of the world? Well for now it is a mystery, as it depends on the national operators and banks.
I will not deny it, Android Pay looks very good and I think it is an excellent idea, but I'm afraid it's not going to work in our country. Unfortunately, people are still very afraid of carrying out virtual transactions, not to mention the companies that would have to update their systems and are not usually in the business of improving technologically. Although I hope I'm wrong because it seems like a really useful service.
