Android 5.1.1 Lollipop closer and closer

Nexus 4 Android 5.0.1 problems

A new version of Android Lollipop would be around the corner as Google has shown. It turns out that the Mountain Viewers have provided information on their Android developer portal. There you can see a new list with the different Nexus devices and the latest version of Android that can run that device.

The thing is that, Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, is present as the latest version installed on the Nexus brand smart tablets. Therefore, the Nexus 7 version 2013 and Nexus 9 will receive the latest Android update very soon.

At the moment we do not know if this update will reach those devices that can run the latest version of Android, but what is clear is that Google has released a new update for Nexus 7 and Nexus 9 that come to fix small bugs, so owners of a unit of these tablets can be happy.

Not long ago we were talking about Android 5.1 Lollipop, which began to reach different Nexus devices and came to solve some problems with the device's RAM management as was the case with the Nexus 5 or that thanks to that update greatly favored the Nexus 6 since it improved the management of the processor cores and blew up the terminal.

At the moment we do not have official information about what this new version will bring, but we assume that it will come to fix some small bugs since it is not an update that changes the number of the initial version. That is, Android updates can be classified into three types. The first one happens when you change from one version of Android to another and with what that entails (new features, improvements, etc ...) an example: Android 4.0 to Android 5.0. The versions that change the second number are updates that improve the main update, an example: Android 5.0 to Android 5.1. Finally, the updates that incorporate a number more are updates that come to solve some errors such as this latest version of Android 5.1.1.

Android 5.1.1

Although as you can clearly see in the image, Android 5.1.1 is just around the corner, Google has not announced it officially. We will then see if this new update is named during the Google I / O that will be held at the end of May or if otherwise there is a new update on the way, such as Android 5.2. As for the release of this new update, there is also no date, so we will have to wait for more information about it.

I also have Nexus 4 everything is fine except for the data connection, which strips it and can only be recovered by turning off and on or off and on in airplane mode.
