With Android 11 we are already able to launch 2 apps at the same time, which happens that it is not carried out well enough for the experience to be desirable. And it seems that Google would be working on a qualitative improvement of 'App Pairs' on Android 12.

It is not a novelty of Google itself for its Android, but we have Samsung with the ability to launch two apps at the same time or even Microsoft for your Surface Duo. From what we can see from the mockup that 9to5Google has launched, Android would treat the two apps as if they were one.
As well would allow the use of a divider to enlarge or reduce the area of each one as we are interested in having more space to deal with it. We will even have a button to be able to exchange the position of the two at all times.
According to the mobiles they are larger and we access interesting devices such as it will be that LG Rollable, at least if LG is able to get out of the pothole where you are, we can enjoy this multitasking through 'App Pairs' on Android 12.
