Every time we renew our device, one of the aspects that we must always take into account is the issue of software updates, not only those related to the operating system itself, Android, but also to the security updates released by the manufacturer itself. , updates during the first years include new functions.

In the middle of the year, with the presentation of the Note 20 range, Samsung announced that it was extending the number of years in which it would offer support for Android updates, matching those offered by the Pixel range that hit the market in 2016: 3 years . Like some terminals in the Galaxy S range, the Note has begun to receive Android 11, but this time, it is already available in Spain, as well as in other countries.

With the update to Android 11 of the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, Samsung's One UI 3.0 customization layer arrives, a layer that brings important news that we have already mentioned in previous articles. The importance of this update is found in the fact that this model is probably the last of the Note range to be updated, since as we have commented in previous articles, everything seems to indicate that this range has come to an end.

Samsung's plans, which will not be confirmed until January 14 (if this date is confirmed to present the new Galaxy S21 range). Rumors suggest that the Galaxy S21 Ultra will have the option to include an S Pen, an S Pen that will likely be sold separately.

Thanks to this option, lovers of the Note range will be able to continue using the S Pen in their terminals, at a lower price, since this new range will be cheaper than the previous one, even than the more powerful Note range, for which, in theory, are all advantages.
