On June 7, the Canadian company BlackBerry will present in society the BlackBerry KEY2, the second generation of the BlackBerry KEY, a terminal with which the Canadian company wants get old customers back thanks to the integration of a physical keyboard. To get you started, the company has leaked a video that shows one of the features that everyone expects.
We are talking about the double camera. Nowadays, if a terminal does not have a double camera, it can be assumed that the blur processing will be done by software only, without using the double lens. This teaser also shows us how one of the most important parts of this terminal is going to be found in the BlackBerry software.
Even though the company already is not responsible for designing your terminals, the Chinese manufacturer HMD is in charge, if it always has to give the go-ahead to the design. In addition, it has to offer its security software inside, one of the aspects with which the company wants to continue to attract the attention of large companies, where information security is the most important thing.
Regarding the specifications, everything seems to indicate that the company does not want to focus on launching high-end terminals, but like its predecessor, this terminal will be mid-range and it will hit the market at a price close to 500-600 euros.
If the company wants to continue being an option for companies, since users who have become accustomed to writing on the screen they won't trade a physical keyboard for anything in the world, you shouldn't delay launching that long in some markets. An example of this delay is found in the previous model, KEYOne, a model that took six months to arrive in Spain.
