Sony Xperia X Compact specifications revealed: 4,6 ″ screen, Snapdragon 820 and 4 GB of RAM

Sony is one of the companies that we will see at the IFA fair to be held at the beginning of September in Berlin. An unavoidable appointment to know those new devices that are mainly directed for the Christmas dates in which many take advantage of the gifts to update their terminals and have that new Note 7 and many others in their hand.

There are two phones that we will have from the new Xperia X series. The expected Xperia X Compact is one of the devices that will be released by Sony very soon, while the other would be the Xperia XR. Sony itself has revealed that these two smartphones are a reality, but did not publish many details about their specifications. Now we have the specifications from GFXBench, the benchmarking tool that usually has this type of information before they are launched on the market.

According to the specification list, the Sony Xperia X Compat should have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chip at a 2.12 GHz clock speed and 4 GB of RAM. It will have 64 GB of internal storage and we do not know if it will have a microSD card slot. What we do know now is that the Xperia X Compact screen will be 4,6 inches with support for Full HD resolution (1080p).

The rear camera will be able to capture 4K video and it has flash, autofocus, face detection and many other features that we will get to know when it is announced. On the front it is the turn of a 8 MP camera to take those selfies. The Android version will be 6.0.1 Marshmallow to be properly updated to Nougat in due course.

Will in early September the moment for the announcement of this terminal, but until a few weeks pass it will not be found in the market as it usually happens with these launches. An interesting Xperia X Compact for the smaller dimensions on its screen.
