Samsung, after having presented the Galaxy Note 9, its most important device today, in Brooklyn, New York, never stops surprising us, because the firm brings us its first smart speaker. It comes with Bixby, the company's own virtual assistant.
The Galaxy Home -called like that- is the opener of this line of speakers, so Samsung will be expanding and improving this family with other speakers in a matter of time. Although it has just been presented under the premise of its interesting functions, these have not been fully detailed, but it is certain that they will compete with that of others. smartspeakers from the market like Amazon's Alexa and Google and Apple speakers.
The Galaxy Home has built-in subwoofers, "sound steering" and audio tuning from AKG. What's more, comes with eight far-field microphones for use with the Bixby voice assistant, so we can give orders to it without having to be near or press any button and it will execute them. It also comes with Spotify, the music service with which it integrates.
While Samsung's virtual assistant Bixby debuted last year, Samsung's virtual assistant has been gradually expanding, first on its phones and tablets, and then on smart TVs and refrigerators. Now, as we see, it makes its foray into the first Samsung speaker.
Despite that this device has been presented in style, he does not have it easy at all.
