Leaked specifications and release date of the Galaxy A series

Samsung has unveiled a pair of updated models of its Galaxy A series of mid-range terminals. These will arrive to occupy that time slot in which we will not see much more coming from the Korean manufacturer as it prepares the launch of the Galaxy S8; a terminal in which you will put everything of yourself so that your arrival and launch is simply perfect.

By early February we could be waiting for the arrival of the Galaxy A3 and Galaxy A5. Not only do we know the approximate date of its launch and sale, but we also have the key specifications of each of those three terminals that will make up Samsung's mid-range. Some devices that we already knew very recently that will have water resistance and IP68 dust.

By early February these terminals will be arriving at various regions in Europe. The pre-reservation can be made from January 20 from the Samsung online store and some operators. Prices have yet to be relieved.

The funny thing about these series is that it takes some of the specifications of the Galaxy S7, such as the IP68 certification for water and dust resistance. They also get a longer life than their 2016 equivalents, fast charging, and a USB Type-C port.

Other of its peculiarities are the Always On panel, which allows users to check notifications without having to fully turn on the phone, greater storage capacity and increased support for the micro SD card that reaches up to 256 GB.

As far as design is concerned, they stand out for a metal frame, crystal on the back and will have a variety of colors ranging from black, gold and light blue to peach.
