Together with Nova series 5, The Kirin 810 will be debuting as the Chinese company's second 7nm processor, according to the confirmation generated by a senior executive of the manufacturer. The first of this type of construction was the Kirin 980, a SoC that has been intended only for high-end smartphones from Huawei and Honor and which was launched at the end of August last year.
This new chipset will be providing power to mid-range mobiles with the highest performance of the firm, so the Kirin 710 will be able to take a break from time to time since it will have an older brother who will have more to offer.
He Gang, the president of Huawei's consumer mobile business unit, was commissioned to informally announce that Kirin 810 to be announced in Whuan, China. This also places the firm as the first in the world to have in its catalog two System-on-Chip of said construction technology and the fastest, surpassing Qualcomm and Mediatek, in obtaining this title.

The fewer nanometers a chipset has, the more efficient it is. This influences, more than anything, the efficiency of energy and processing time. Therefore, we can expect great performance on the Kirin 810, one higher than the Kirin 710 and possibly the Snapdragon 730G, Qualcomm's currently most powerful mid-range processor, which is 8 nm.
