Huawei has the launch of a new mid-range smartphone in its hands, apparently. We report this due to the appearance of a device not previously captured that makes use of a conventional aesthetic on its back, but that has a hole in the screen.
As such, the characteristics and technical specifications of said terminal have not been listed, but, In view of its appearance, we can already reveal several details.
El Huawei ART-TL00X is the phone we are talking about now and that was discovered by SlashLeaks. This has a screen with a hole for the camera in the upper right corner just like the Huawei Nova 4. The screen measures over 6 inches but the exact dimension is not known.
At the rear, the phone has dual cameras arranged vertically on the left side of the phone. The sensors share the same housing with the LED flash, and the setup, when viewed from the sides, shows a camera bump that is quite visible.
The Huawei ART-TL00X has a blue-green gradient finish, but there should be other color variants available when it launches. The volume and power buttons are on the right while the SIM tray is on the left side of the frame.
What's unusual about the phone is the lack of a fingerprint scanner on the back and sides. Either it has neither, which makes it an entry-level smartphone or is there one under the display. If it's the latter, that means it's an AMOLED display and that will make it the first non-Samsung phone to have a punch-hole display with an in-display fingerprint scanner. Its specifications are still unknown, but should be known when TENAA publishes the listing after the Chinese holiday.
