Just a couple of weeks into 2018, Motorola could be in trouble. The company's supposed official catalog for this year has been leaked, including its mid-range and high-end lines, Moto G, Moto Z y Moto X5. There is no information on the Moto E5, although a few days ago we saw a leaked image that could well belong to this news.
In the first image we find Moto Z3 and Moto Z3 Play (possibly this also confirms a Moto Z3 Force). Both devices will have a 6-inch FullHD + display with very thin edges and from what is seen in the photo, no traces of a fingerprint reader, from what we could be able to say, it will be integrated into the screen.
Continuing with the filtration, we find a Moto Mod which appears to be an antenna with support for 5G networks, although this technology is still in its infancy and it is not attractive enough to have a dedicated Moto Mod.
First characteristics of the Moto X5
Then there is the Moto X5, one of the most anticipated phones of 2018. From what we observe it will have a 5-inch borderless display with FullHD + resolution and dual front and rear cameras. Again, the mobile lacks a fingerprint reader, so the rumor of integration with the screen takes force.
Finally, we have the Moto G family, we have the three versions: Moto G6, Moto G6 Plus, Moto G6 Play. These phones do have a fingerprint reader under the screen, but they lack a dual front camera. Does this mean that the dual camera will be used for next-generation facial recognition?
The Moto G6 will have a Snapdragon 450 processor paired with 3 or 4 GB of RAM and 32 or 64 GB of storageIt will also have a 5.7-inch screen with FullHD resolution.
The Moto G6 Plus will adopt a Snapdragon 630 processor and 6GB of RAM. About the Moto G6 Play there is not much information yet, but we know that it will have one 4,000 mAh battery and the same screen as the Moto G6.
Surely during MWC 2018 Motorola will show new details of some devices, in the meantime we can settle for this great leak.
